Join the Women in Franchising NSW Committee for an afternoon dedicated to connection, collaboration and professional growth at HWLE Sydney, Martin Place.

Christine Mikhael - Chief Executive Officer, LJ Hooker Group, leading one of Australia's most iconic franchise networks across Australia and New Zealand. With more than three decades of experience in real estate, franchising and business leadership, she is passionate about empowering people, building high-performing teams and creating lasting business success.
Beginning her career as Australia's youngest female real estate principal and managing director, Christine has built a reputation for courageous leadership, strategic thinking and delivering meaningful change. Since joining LJ Hooker, she has helped shape the future of the network through a strong focus on innovation, culture and supporting franchisees to thrive in an evolving business landscape.
A respected leader and advocate for women in business, Christine is committed to fostering inclusive workplaces and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Her authentic leadership style, combined with her deep franchising expertise, makes her a sought-after speaker on leadership, resilience, growth and the power of building strong relationships.
Christine will be joined with other industry professionals in a panel also.
